We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Any no-shows will be considered a cancellation. Clients late 15 minutes or more will be considered a no show. Cancellations will only be acknowledged by calling 704-360-2436. If calling on a day we are closed, please leave a message.
To help you fully relax and enjoy the restorative benefits of your head spa experience, we kindly ask that all cell phones be turned off or silenced during your service. Disconnecting allows your mind and body to settle into a deeper state of calm and ensures a peaceful environment for all guests.
